@MarcDrummond I said by 2020. "Illegals" don't fill out census forms. Tucson is probably (at least) twice the population rep'd by census.

@MarcDrummond No worries, not a quibble. Will you raise your daughter to speak other languages? This is a form of empowerment IMO.
