What I can't do so well is mashed potatoes. As with rice, perfection eludes me. Anyone up for 'tater duty? Get mashing!

@mollydotcom if u're making mash potatoes for 2 or more, add salt, milk, butter and raw egg. Then mash. Eat while hot. :)

@Lizard_Inc raw egg? I'm always skeptical of raw egg.

@mollydotcom I was too until I tried my aunt's mashed potatoes. :) Btw, u can wash the eggs with soap.
