What I can't do so well is mashed potatoes. As with rice, perfection eludes me. Anyone up for 'tater duty? Get mashing!

@busymommaval I have primitive tools. Knives, hand held mashers. I'm very analog about food prep.

@mollydotcom Just keep mashing then, it will just take a lot longer. Use a shorter cabinet so you can really get on it ;)
