What I can't do so well is mashed potatoes. As with rice, perfection eludes me. Anyone up for 'tater duty? Get mashing!

@busymommaval I have primitive tools. Knives, hand held mashers. I'm very analog about food prep.

@mollydotcom if u're making mash potatoes for 2 or more, add salt, milk, butter and raw egg. Then mash. Eat while hot. :)
