My new neighbors got a sweet little dog, but they leave him on the back patio and he whines and barks all day, driving me nuts. What to do?

@mollydotcom Either address it with them directly now (they may not be home/aware?) or look at your city's bark/noise ordinance.

@mollydotcom she's my landlord's mother, so I have zero leverage, but it grates.....badly.
