Whoever came up with "inbox zero" must really not have had much else to do than read and delete emails. #uglyInbox

@ChristopherMar Ah yes. I get a lot done. It's just done in utter chaos. If I ordered that chaos, I doubt I would function at all!
@colingourlay @mollydotcom I don't even see the point. I *like* keeping my emails handy; the inbox is as good a place as any.

@mollydotcom I just have a hotkey combo so any emails that are dealt w get archived. Easy to see what’s left to do/respond to :)

@mollydotcom So while inbox zero isn’t the goal in itself, if I deal w my work properly, it should eventually be empty, which feels good.

@mollydotcom ha, right on he spent many hours manually sorting emails. Glider.io will automatically organize your inbox again.

@mollydotcom honestly the smartphone solved this for me, years ago. That, and I only keep a tight amount of meaningful contacts.
