It's actually rather interesting to me that more cocktails aren't made using fine iced teas along with wine. It really should be a #thing

@brunogirin A proper English tea (black w/milk) than no, that's not appealing. But the green, white and herbal teas? Perfect.

@brunogirin It bears more thought, but white dry table wine over ice with a fruit or herbal tea like peach and Jasmine. Fresh mint leaves.

@mollydotcom OK that makes sense. The fruitier the tea the drier the wine so that they don't fight each other? I'll have to try that out!

@brunogirin Yes, a fruity tea and very dry wine - if the wine is too flavorful it will fail miserably :D
