Last night I ran across the channel4 UK show "Utopia" - I'm hooked after the pilot. Weird, creepy, violent, well-cast, well-acted. Any fans?

@JohnONolan Actually, the UK makes some mighty good TV. It's when they send it over to the U.S. that we turn it to shite (mostly)

@sanchothefat I read that. It has a very unique feel to it - does not look at all like London, tha's for sure.

@sanchothefat I've heard "scouser" used before. Funny story about that, actually. But maybe not on Twitter :)

@sanchothefat Vegas. Spontaneous Brit Wedding. We're waiting in the parking lot for the bride and groom. A hooker walks by . . . (1)

@sanchothefat One of our party must have picked up something, cuz he yells "Scouser!" and she turns and the two of them start bantering. (2)

@sanchothefat I still don't know how that one guy figured out she was from Liverpool, she was just streetwalking past. It was a good laugh.

@mollydotcom absolutely. Also keep an eye out for series 2 of Black Mirror by Charlie Brooker

@jaygooby I assume that means there's a series 1 I should look at too? What's the general genre? I like thrillers, mysteries, some scifi.
