Anyone know of retina display and images and if there ARE any benefits for visually impaired people? Any detriments? Benign?

@mollydotcom I don't think there can ever be detriments to having more information available - unless you count download time...
@mollydotcom I can think of no vision issues with retina displays. My grandma that uses a magnifying glass to see screen would love one!
