Of course I'm still awake. Overtired incessant brain chatter. Meditation isn't cutting it. Anyone have a sledgehammer handy? #insomniMols

@mollydotcom what's the best way to distract you into ambivalence? Might cut down on the brain chatter..

@absalomedia Only two things make the chatter stop. Singing - particularly with others; and when I'm teaching a class of enthusiastic folk.

@FremyCompany what a sweet thought! For me, reading is the soother, but if it's too good a book, I still won't fall asleep :D

@mollydotcom audio books tends to work for me, especially if the reader has a pleasant voice like bit.ly/UAkwkc.
