@mollydotcom Dark matter developers as we in the team used to say. The ones who are not visible, but form a majority of the work on the web.

@mollydotcom Yes. *Some* of them i do find. However, most of them are not vocal enough and many don't even come to conferences, events etc

@mollydotcom Both actually. Also, sometimes they don't think they have enough to contribute or share. They would rather listen and learn.
