Hi. I'm here with a question. In a well respected and diverse convention I saw two black people. Can someone explain Why?

@mollydotcom That fits with what the ALA survey has shown over the years, but that just pushes the “Why?” to a different level.

@meyerweb I attend and speak at conferences that never suffer from perceived gender or color identity. In this, we differ. A lot.
