The other problem that is actually painful is the multiple layers of thought and incessant brain chatter, while awake and asleep.

@mollydotcom Yeah, especially with sleep. Constant dreams. Exercising focus during daytime activities *sometimes* helps.

@mollydotcom I’ve got that chatter too. Difficult to get to sleep or relax. Sometimes hard to concentrate. And I can be hard to follow.
