Do folks think it's terribly selfish to want to be accepted exactly as you are - failings, foibles, wounds, scars and all? I'm uncertain.

@mollydotcom no. I decided a few years ago that I do things because I want to, not because someone else wants/expects me to.

@isofarro I've to add: I do things despite others telling me off. Otherwise I'd sit at home, get bored without any work & uni/school degree.

@isofarro @DesignedByBlind Fortunately, we do have choice. Most people in this world don't. I keep that close as I seek insight into life.
