I think we should abolish #css prefixes for ANY deployed work and reserve them for what they do best - provide implementation progress.

@kjhank For devs, that could work. But the vendor specific ones are extremely useful for implementors. Devs shouldn't be using them IMO.

@MattWilcox @isofarro I still hold out hope that understanding will lead to better practices. This is especially true for large-scale sites.
