The customer that stood out to me think about it why do you think that is?

Majority do not understand what's going on underneath the web, however they use services across an myriad of providers everyday... Why shouldn't the experience be consistent & seamless (not easy) just like cars, knives, plates, clothes, kettles The web should be nothing special

Oh how I disagree with you the web is something very special but not for the reasons most people think it might be or want it to be as in money money

That is an excellent counter question and I will have that discussion with you I am not well I have a very serious situation going on medically I need to go to bed for a bit but I will be back and we shall have that conversation! Thank you!
