Health is not physical or mental. If there's a duality at all, they are inextricable. In my case, I'd love to navigate without any physical substance at all. IT HURTS TOO MUCH. True story ;-)

this ... so much .. this ... 2 years of different cardiologists each unwilling to address my stress over discussions; because I should be grateful. I pointed out they were doing more mental health damage whilst trying to avoid heart damage.
