A huge problem in mental health care settings is the majority (I said majority) of insensitive staff, nurses, psychiatrists who choose to dehumanize rather than lift up patients. An accompanying huge problem is decent staff who stand by letting that happen.

And there is no mechanism for reporting abuse. None. Almost without fail the reporter of abuse will be "the problem"

Yes and if you know more than they do because perhaps you two are educated and aware and they say oh I see you like to Google things a lot and have suggested that Googling symptoms and medications is now a disorder itself somebody give me something to punch please?
