If you could get one inspiring speaker on innovation in educational design, who would it be? Considering ways of motivating Uni faculty staff to think about proposing and developing small, funded educational initiatives.

I wonder if you mean small classes or small initiatives of individual goals. Both sound interesting there are a lot of statistics however that small classes in number typically lack diverse opinion and remember people learn from each other not just the teacher.

Educators could propose whatever innovations they think would be valuable and would need to justify that in their proposals. Part of the idea here is allowing them space to think of possibilities that we haven't already thought of.
