It only takes five minutes to prescribe a psychiatric drug, but it can take years to get off them.

I got off them cold turkey (not my choice but because of malpractice. The psychiatrist disappeared) I am 3 years off and have PAWS.

That was the reason I self initiated the last portion of my long long withdrawal and that was I was afraid to be dropped I wasn't afraid to be at this time of transition in my own world to be a regular meds just the amount and cruelty of not taking care of patients properly.
