I get a pain management specialist who will work to keep paying with minimalistic amounts of medicine which is what I prefer. It will not invade my home require me to ever enter a hospital never demand I go to an ER, they bring only the care I want, from labs to themselves.

When I was growing up they were still this concept of doctors coming to your house now they bring Labs x-rays ultrasounds any form of help they can logistically do and is covered by insurance. 45 minutes of her unscheduled time is more time I spent in a year with a doctor.

My deepest respect for the palliative and hospice home Care movements and the people who are going into its practice you are doing something very different and very special and I am so grateful for. They spend more money in education in time and get paid less. Now that is care!

Excuse my voice input I really should be using a notebook because on Android voice input sucks so bad in comparison I apologize for my illiteracy I promise it's not my fault! Not usually ;-)

The only exception with the time Factor which in conventional general us medicine is the specialist such as an oncologist or hematologist to spend more time typically you're scheduled for 20 minutes and they spend five or less and still right that they spent 20 which is fraud.

Once at the NHS in the UK I spent 3 hours waiting for a doctor which didn't bother me at all since here you can spend 12 to 14 hours doctor may never show. I've had this happen and left. so documents read left against medical advice when no medical advice was ever given SMH

Us healthcare profits off of the pain and suffering of human beings and extends lives often knowing fully well what they're doing is either useless unproven or harmful, sometimes deadly. I would not be in bone marrow failure had someone done more than just glance at a simple CBC

Like the world be a better place if people had better care and we cared about humanity individually. Where is the accountability much less a standard of care every doctor will treat the way they wish to not by a standard other than to check a box because that's how they get paid.

I think our system is a disgrace. It lies it harms it kills a profits so much that's the first reason for personal bankruptcy is medical debt. Tear it down

You’ll have to tear down federalized medicine, then, and argue for ‘Med choice’ (analog = ‘school choice’). All health care types share frustration at centralized medicine. Medicine is not like CSS, except in our republic a state permits you access to your spouse’s VA benefits.

Really say don't quit your job until you found it one already well we can't tear it down until we have a replacement there must be a reasonable replacement for healthcare in the United States or we will all surely find ourselves in trouble beyond the trouble we are already in
