If you could change one thing about the web right now either as a user or a person who works with it everyday what would it be?

I wish micropayments worked in browsers to get through paywall articles. Sorry Oregon Picayune Dispatch, I will never subscribe for 4 easy payments of $9.99 annually, but maybe I want to pay $.50 to read about your regional wine survey once.

That's a very interesting one I do agree that micropayments should be made easier of course we have enough trouble with payments as it is, so security needs to be tight. If I read a source frequently that I like and I'm motivated to keep alive. I tend to support subscription.

End ads as a way to pay for services. Basic services free just like DNS. Basic search, email, etc. would be free. It’s illegal to launch a company whose business is based on distribution of cocaine, the damage caused by ads is similar in products like FB & YouTube

Get rid of commercials. Everything bad else will disappear short after.

Targeted ads I'm not sure if everything else would disappear but I do believe getting rid of targeted ads would be a wonderful thing getting rid of any ads would be a wonderful thing! We need new economic models that's for sure.
