Since Twitter has a stinky musky odor I really am not here too much and it feels sad and wrong to the point I actually just stick with Facebook which is of itself bizarre. But the fam seems more intact. Adding another walled garden is really too exhausting. How do folks manage?

+ Limit time + stick with facts as much as possible + 'steel-man' helps with empathy (I'll even argue 'against' someone who is 'on my side' if I think 'they' have good points we should listen to)
