That may be the best compliment I've had in a very long time with the strange exception of being told by a friend if he were in a foxhole I'm the only person in Tucson he want in there with him LOL it startled me but I realized it was a statement of I know you have my back. Thxya

Hey Kelly. Twitter is a Twitter about Mastodon indeed all the friends like it I'll create an account the distributed aspect is appealing indeed. Do you remember Claire legal roundtable GEnie I'm told she passed away recently.

I love the atmosphere on Mastodon, wich is very much usenet news, for the time being. I love also an Internet of people connected with open protocols, rather than captive on platforms, like when one used elm and an other one used Eudora to read mail. Or the era of IRC.

At this stage, I've added Mastodon to my social media belt (aus.social/@onsman) but I'm treating it as an addition rather than a replacement for Twitter. For now.

For now being operative? Mastodon does seem the choice of friends I've not added additional social media the big two are enough or were. Not so sure about hanging around here
