Does anyone know someone who can help Molly get unstuck at @Tracfone? The way she’s being ignored is putting her health at risk and she’s locked out of 2FA. Also, Tracfone’s responses are some of the worst social media customer service I’ve seen. Totally generic. Steer clear.
With what phone? And how is this different than the two weeks I've tried using Google Voice sent to the one number I have? Tracfone is endangering my life here, people. NO assistance for the disabled, aging, not at all wealthy as in poor? A Veteran's Widow no less. Shame on them.

Thank you Cheryl. So it's not just me. What's so f'd up is that it's just a matter of giving me APN info. Idiots. @Verizon @VerizonSupport (they own @Tracfone ) and could manage this too, but I'm exhausted and upset and without 2f auth no verification for a lot of needed services
