@tfwirelessInc @VerizonSupport Tracfone is holding my account hostage despite buying a new handset and services from them. It's been two weeks, I cannot activate this phone due to no ability to forward it to the dead handset with my dead number. FFS HELP ITS NOT SIM WALMART TRIED

@tfwirelessInc @Verizon @VerizonSupport ALL I NEED ARE APN NUMBERS AND ACTIVATION. I can't receive a message at my number with tracfone because it's going to a dead handset that I cannot retrieve. Did everything support wanted, including SIM and visit to @Walmart you need to help

What is it you're doing to help me? This is utter baloney, it's 2 weeks of you having a disabled, aging woman alone with no service despite doing everything you want? HOW is this excellence much less even service? What are you doing to help?
