Really? I'm disabled, aging, and I can't access my paid phone service (but wifi works) no voice input, low contrast brand new phone, your technical support is so awful they read it from the site. I think you're a travesty to #a11y much less economic hardship via horrid support.

It is certainly important for all people to have access to their paid services, Molly. I regret hearing that this hasn't been your experience, and we are here to help. It looks like there are a couple of service providers tagged here, do you have Tracfone or Verizon? -Joseph

Tracfone, Joseph. I bought a handset prepaid some years ago, they were fine so long as I didn't have to deal with them. I'm without phone service, but have a nice new handset to use with WiFi while I have no voice or SMS which kinda is important to most people ;-)
