In my case not cancer but idiopathic iatrogenic autoimmune AKA who knows, Healthcare did it, my immune system perceives itself as its own enemy.

Right there with you no argument here just clarification as some cancers absolutely cause bone marrow failure diseases in fact Carl Sagan died of MDS which is an example.
