One concern with clinical insomnia is that people sleep differently. Are you rested every night after a solid 8 or 9 hours? Fall asleep no problem? Don't have night terrors? Prefer night shift work or split shift? Have sweet dreams? Or is sleep elusive?

I have the opposite but it seems to be calmer these Jay's probably the onslaught of all that grief and loss in a short period including my own health and emotional well-being as well as deaths and awful didn't help at all. Better now but still seem to have a lot of nightmares.
