In healthcare a shift is occurring. I wonder is it Arizona the USA or the world? The MD is going away. The psychiatrist is going away. The psychologist is going away. In their place? The nurse practitioner (NP) and the doctor of nurse practice (DNP). What factors into this shift?

No. It is not sarcasm. Italy has a decent health service. You do not have to pay for ambulance or first aid. You can see a specialist at no cost, if you are not in a hurry. You can have surgery and stay in hospital on the NHS. Not all is clear skies these days, but still holds
