So, I don't feel nice on twitter anymore at all. Every single post I see seems menacing and salty. And overall it's bad vibes, from people not giving a littlest of shit to what I write about anymore, to how everything looks effed up and like it's a warzone.

Being completely in my head and isolated like I did until recently doesn't seem any different than this.

And yes the isolation and in our heads thing is probably our way of dealing with the difficulties inside ourselves as well as outside in the world so it makes sense to me. perhaps consider focusing on the few people that are helpful to you, using tools to keep that safety zone.❤️

I think often how I should make something separate and invite people there, but I struggle to think things through, I am too disabled for anything. And it would be too much of a hassle for people to do it. Idk. I can't even explain what I mean by this.

I understand that I have been only recently been able to put effort into building a Blog again. But Twitter especially is where I've met and made new friends and you are one of them so there is value and consider slimming Focus down to just those people and groups you like here.
