It's obviously just a home page promoting the company, but interesting nevertheless. I'd have liked to hear my father's thoughts on it (mechanical engineer who sometimes involved himself in the electrical engineering aspects too).

No kidding my friends in the UK is also an engineer I believe mechanical but highly specialized. Interesting about your father indeed do you think you got technology interest from him?

Most likely. He explained involute gears to me when I was 8, for example. (They have teeth whose shape means they roll against each other rather than slide, and he explained the shape in terms of a piece of string with a knot in.)

That's pretty cool! I wish I'd known my dad longer than the 13 years I had him he died when I was 26. he had a very declining what appeared to be severe depression and gambling problems love those ponies he did and my mom did the right thing I wish I'd found him before he passed
