Still not what I need. I wish there was other kinds of coalitions, even some much smaller things for overall health from which people are dying because they can't go to a doctor due to general unhelpfulness and trauma. Not only for improving people's moods or other interventions

If you could imagine the best case of care what would it look like forget everything you know about availability Blue Sky it Anything Goes throw throw throw spaghetti against the wall who knows something might stick what does comfort and help specifically do for you individually?
