as my 30th bday keeps getting closer, every time I read Twitter posts that imply the same and see how "youth" is considered being from x to 30 years old everywhere, being too old for some things already:

It'll feel that way until you hit 50 and then 60 which I'm just shy of I can't imagine where my life went! I really cannot. It just Zips by so fast

It's a question of the quality of life, as I was deprived of it for much of my relatively short life, the existential dread came to me earlier, especially as naturally my body will only get weaker, and I need to hurry up if I want to get some chance at living a good life for some

It is absolutely about quality of life. I encourage all to focus on that quality over quantity. It adds pressure, when in fact with time, many conditions resolve and/or we become better informed. In 10 years, we may find our struggles now save us as many thousands of others.
