A lot of people don't know that the IRS has a very strong Stranglehold on the neck of every citizen taxpayer and if they wanted to use brute force it's within their right and that is not cool. Taxation without representation? It's done every day Shame Shame Shame on the irs.

Usually they don't fill out the big guns unless they need to for people who owe a lot like a lot a lot so for the average Jane or Joe it's not really going to be a problem so long as you keep your taxes either paid or in communication with them in some payment plan.
