The public trust can only be restored through radical honesty. Unfortunately, speaking truth is now a rare & revolutionary act. In mental health.. be honest. Discuss harms of psych drugs. Abandon the DSM. Restore physical health. Heal trauma. Improve coping. Change behavior.

I believe the DSM is a weapon of mass destruction. I walked into my new, very nice, and otherwise responsible NP office and there it was. Couldn't help myself just had to say "I see you're reading fiction now!" She looked at me and rolled her eyes. Not the worst reaction ๐Ÿ˜‚
