The one person I could find in my City is going way too fast two seizures, panic as well as very bizarre thoughts she claims it's my symptoms returning. I never had these symptoms in the first place. I need somebody to help me properly or I'm going to end up what do I do?

Learn about safe tapering and find a new prescriber. We offer a doctors list, but be sure to read the disclaimer as most are not experts, just willing to go with a taper you decide is comfortable. benzoinfo.com/doctors/

Thanks I looked on your resource list and there is nothing that is useful to me in Arizona. United Healthcare can't find anyone most psychiatrists or even clinics will not do a benzo withdrawal if they did not prescribe it they're too afraid of the consequences nice huh

There used to be a few there, but quit. Many providers are undertrained on benzodiazepines and don't want to deal with the realities patients face with cessation. The prescribers tend to disbelieve the patient experience, so it's tough to find many providers open to slow tapers.

Tell me about it. I'm looking for safe tapering for 38 years of benzos. I was not anxious. doctors could not diagnose my medical illness which revealed itself later to be bone marrow aplasia. Doctor insists anxiety panic and seizures now are symptoms returning not withdrawals

So instead of believing me she now wants me on gabapentin, hydroxyzine, and an SSRI all of which I've taken at some point in my life and will not do I am down to one prescription, the benzo. I'm a long- term Survivor of terminal illness who might actually die of benzo withdrawals

I'm so sorry you're suffering. 😔
Good for you for continuing to resist additional neurotoxic drugs.

There's a long tail problem with medical records. I do not have MDD. I do not have clinical panic disorder I do not have clinical anxiety. I display subclinical mood swings, hyperactive hyperfocused. I do have severe complex trauma, atypical rumination, and trichotillomania.
