Unfortunately, these laws/policies only exist on paper, especially when it comes to psych diagnoses. I don't know a single person who has been successful in getting them removed--even with paid attorneys & assistance from Office of Civil Rights. It's meaningless fluff.

Hi there! cool bio and topics of interest. Sadly HIPAA rules are not written for patient protection rather they're written to protect the insurance companies and Healthcare workers to cover their respective butts not actually help the suffering very real human in front of them😒
