I have a deeply disturbing personal story about what can happen when multiple movements on a screen can do. I'm going to tell it to you now I don't know if I ever have please use this as a cautionary Story not sympathy for myself but this is how serious accessibility really is.

Certain things that fall under #accessibility really are life or death level important. Preventing photosensitive reactions is definitely one. Anything that prevents access to vital emergency information or help is another. #a11y matters more than many folks realise.
