I know we all kinda hate flying, but last week and now today are the first time I’ve flown in five years, and I can’t believe how much better it is with apps. Gate change? Notification! Bags loaded? Notification! Flight delay? Notification!

If you’ve ever been sitting at a gate and suddenly a muffled voice comes on the loudspeaker and announces (you think) that your flight will be boarding on another concourse in 15 minutes, you will appreciate the simple efficiency of these airline apps.

And not having to wonder if my checked bag made it to my connecting flight is SO great.

I did miss my honey Kitty that was hard but otherwise I was also impressed with the hotel but for no room service. The cleanliness was spectacular! Tucson, houston, Austin all very well done. And United which kind of was sucking for a long time ahem cough cough;-)
