I've got writer's block which has happened never. Hey there #webdevelopers can you kindly please help! Of all topics, it's markup and style. I want to provide a baseline of real spec'd HTML and CSS. Already have sections on frameworks, mobile, APIs. Any advice would be so great!

That's a fine idea! The challenge for me should be more clear, it's meant to all be in the context of accessibility and good practice at a time when HTML and CSS are generated by another form of code or use templates and frameworks not hand coding like in those days :)
