I took a granny nap on the couch YouTube on the telly. Not yto insul yiu if he's helpful to you but Jordan B Peterson really makes me ill. he speaks as if his ideas absolute truths. I hear misogyny and pure opinion expressed as absolute. Is it just me who finds him so repulsive?

Oh my, I needed to hear this! Even though I don't want to even hear about him or see his face, I get ads for his books, conferences, etc, all the time.

Like most (all?) social platforms, YT's algorithm skews alt-right. There's advertising revenue in it. Not sure why exactly, but it optimizes for clicks/views, & I can only assume that content that reinforces people's prejudices & confirmation biases is generally enticing

I was thinking of you earlier I wrote a piece about my husband for Memorial Day you can find it on my Facebook page a bit of a long read but it contains details of what we were talking about the spitting on Military back from Vietnam it all makes so much more sense in context
