We don't even have the darn ADA reporting system for discrimination against disabled people, acknowledging that some disabled can't use telephone based communication & demanding phone # s to "call back for more information"&such inaccessible measures are all the way through.

All of the systems that are most needed are the least accessible & mostly the reverse is also true. Until the accessibility problems are solved, nothing will really change either.

Agreed! I am currently writing my 36 mass-market technology book on technology and the subject is accessibility. I had my first travel since 2016 at the beginning of this month to present an opening Keynote for austin-based nonprofit @knowbility we have so so much work to do

My spouse & I just keep crashing basically into these issues- ith our various medical conditions&limits. I can read & note take fully to summarize a 5,000 + page omnibus bill in 3hrs but I keep getting competency queries over what amount to requests for reasonable accommodations.

businesses likewise I've found via their websites, hence my great anger over it. If it really seemed like an actual problem at their end- then I'd be somewhat flexible, but after the mask nonsense(I've asthma&can't wear them safely)I've stopped going in person to schedule visits.

Be careful as the fraud issues are harming patients and misappropriating our benefits, paid by our taxes, and landing in the pockets of the clinic itself. So corrupt!
