Thank you. And absolutely! I’m sure we’ll find opportunities to collaborate well into the future. Plus we’ve got to meet up as you’re holding those Undertones records for me ;-)

what's this undertone records here? Have I been excluded not included? Sidebar I've been working on overtone AKA Mongolian or Tuvan throat singing for 2 years now. I was surprised it requires full respiratory engagements and use of tongue positioning in the mouth not the throat.

The Undertones are vastly under-rated (that’s for you Bruce). So many great songs on their first couple of records.

Ferghal Sharkey, now a defender of the dwindling British chalk streams. From punk to middle class ecowarrior. In a good way...

Chalk streams, that is. I don't even know if they are and I don't feel like I'm going to search for them and you need to tell me unless you are now earwormed as well!;-)

They're beautifully clear and slow moving little rivers that wind through the chalk downs of southern England. Home to native watercress (so peppery tasty!) and to trout and the vital insects they feed on. They're drying up as the water is being used and they're not protected.

That is tragic and I am worried for you then because I have visited your lovely nation and found it beautiful and very watery compared to the desert. I hope citizens push as hard as they can before things get worse. This is an issue that can result in millions of lives lost.
