Wow late to the party. I've been too busy blogging to be on Twitter. Me and the seven people who read/comment in each other's blogs where we are more "thinking out loud" than conversing and chatting.

Well I'm glad you stopped in here on Twitter but I do feel the need for independent blogs again it it just seems the right time with all the stuff that's going on with social media nonsense.

Ask yourself how is substack or any newsletter different than gmail- is t that the question? Also, what about medium these days? Only thing that felt like blogging community for a while for me- not sure of late

Again I have to point to the middleman problem. When corporations take protocols and use Open Standards but work them into their own business model and gain money off of them then there's a problem for me ideologically.
