Recommendations for doing design QA reviews? I've never seen these done well but considering kicking the tires again.

I would personally approach a situation like that as I learned long long long ago in College art classes and that is that the art of critique is not that easy and it requires forethought and emotional intelligence. I know you'll do fine with both!

+1 Molly! I've found QA reviews are even more challenging to do well than design critiques in that they're not just designed to give feedback but also stop the line when warranted, and that's the part I haven't seen done well esp if separate from prod/dev process.

Actually that was part of my art college classes when I was learning proper courtesy techniques is when to say no that's not going to work. That does take more thought to deliver eloquently and kindly but I'm not known for the kind part LOL
