I'm imagining the Web 1.0 version of the @web3isgreat site which documents a constant stream of scams and frauds associated with NFTs and crypto currencies. Like what were the big scandals of 1993-1999?

dunno if it fits, but maybe something about bandwidth-crazed web addicts running their modems out of spec and disrupting phone service in their neighbourhoods
