I'm still only thinking about going to a doctor, even though, just as a tiny example, I woke up today with bad whole body pain. But, my first action about it will surely be writing that kind of essay.

As an educated person in a number of areas including non-clinical Medical Science non clinical neuroscience and pharmacology I get this all the time you need to stop Googling your just making yourself worse you know that's becoming a syndrome you'll need medication. I fired 10

What do you mean, you're telling me that, or that you've been told the same? I rarely googled things, only when I knew for sure from my diagnoses that it's about it, but didn't find help from drs, as many other patients do the same when they gather to discuss options for healing.

And the latest research, or the one that mainstream medicine doesn't follow, or follows up on quite slowly. Though it's also too rare to be considered for adding to standard treatment, patients outside the studies report largely benefits from following them.

I was long diagnosed just interested from a young age in medicine. His record had over 15 years of blood work showing red alerts everywhere I can share them right here and have in the past. I'm proud he asked me why I wasn't dead yet I said I didn't let you medicate me more.
