I wish some of those were not taken away from me by a medical "antidepressant" Now I don't have the ways to heal I had before "treatment"
The only evidence based antidepressants that exist: Exercise, love, sex, life purpose, social engagement, sun exposure, nutrition, safety, acceptance, forgiveness, spiritual connection... Others? Let's not allow bigpharma to hijack that term & influence multiple generations.

I am so grateful that you are posting these topics and informing the public. I did a lot of research on many Pharmaceuticals including so-called psychiatric medicines that really have no scientific basis and in the case of ssris well what a corrupt situation. Thank you so much

Thank you, that means a lot to me. It's telling how little I knew about this side of things until I had to face them myself. I have background in cognitive science and psychology, incl. some clinical psych, neuroscience etc. Persistent harm rarely came up, I think only with ECT..

Was that in your case specifically or in clinical practice as well? I have cognition and Neuroscience interests related to computational research not clinical. My own issues are largely iatrogenic from immunotherapy and radical stem cell bone marrow stimulants.

I was referring to your perspectives both as a person with a background in cognitive sciences and behavior who also has faced issues that is a unique experience that I'm looking at what that might have influenced or not influenced in your way of thinking. HTH! :-)
