Haven’t made this is a while. No carb cauliflower crust pizza. (Vitamix cauliflower chopped, not dry store bought.)

I actually bought a cauliflower pizza commercially at the store and I really liked it it was organic Etc but it was very good surprisingly. Only complaint was about the crust I'm a New York girl and absolutely flat crust? I need a little density;-)

Buuut, that’s the cauliflower crust. lol I do have a recipe I haven’t tried yet with added almond meal, etc. The SAY that’s closer. But honestly, the flavor and the toppings work for me. 😂

Oh I do love the flavor it was very good and I may make it from scratch one day as well. I just think of it more of a flatbread than an actual pizza from my regional influences. LOL looks great are you in Arizona or are you far away? Cuz I'll come up and have a slice ;-)
